To create a heading, add number signs ( #) in front of a word or phrase. To use double spacing, add two new lines to the end of a line. I heard of Macrium but forgot all about it and besides it was a bit late in the day to back up. though it loads a bit different to what I am used to. If I search for it, the system finds it and I can run it. If I tried uninstall, it is visible as an application that one can uninstall. The Microsoft Sticky Notes is very much there but the installation seems to have planted it somewhere else and I cannot find where.
